We raise Idaho Pasture pigs for pork. IPPs have upturned noses that allow them to graze on grass and forage. Pastured grazing in combination with an amazing, locally sourced grain yields a fantastic quality of meat that is⦠wonderfully marbled, juicy and high in Vitamin E, Vitamin D and Omega-3 for having spent their life outdoors and on pasture. Average range of harvest hanging weights will be from 160 to 250 pounds.
Our hogs that are sold as pork are raised without added hormones or antibiotics.
