Almost A Cattle Company requires a non-refundable deposit to reserve your beef. The deposit goes towards your order total and the remaining balance will be paid to Almost A Cattle Company once we know the final hanging weight on the harvest day and prior to picking up your meat from the processor.

Processing fees are paid separately to the butcher shop when you pickup the meat.
